The world’s largest Ultra HD TV is Panasonic’s 152" plasma TV but Microsoft has one that beats all the LCD manufacturers’ TVs. A 120-inch TV. No, Microsoft has no intentions to start selling TVs. Instead they use the impressive screen to test future Xbox Kinect experiences in which they see great potential.

Microsoft has 120" 4K TV - and a vision
The site Pocket-link had a chance to visit Microsoft’s new “Envision Centre” in Seattle; a testing facility for future concepts and products including the Xbox and Kinect. The 4K display measures 120 inches and is larger than pretty much anything the TV manufacturers are showcasing on trade shows these days.
Microsoft uses its gigantic TV to create immersive gaming experiences
Microsoft has had the screen custom built together with the picture frame screens on each side. The smaller screens can interact with content on the big screen and so can lighting in the room. Microsoft’s vision is to make the gaming experience more immersive and captivating through better picture quality and emotional effects. Microsoft reveals that one of the concepts right now is a fully Kinect-enabled storytelling experience that Microsoft hopes will be the norm in living rooms within 5 to 10 years from now.
Microsoft has previously showcased unique gaming concepts that can extend the gaming experience to the living room, such as Illumiroom. Microsoft is also trying to make the Xbox more than a game console by incorporating media box features and TV services.
